「Worst hotel I have EVER been in ! DO NOT go anywhere near it !」

「There was a wedding party which I was advised before I arrived. The hotel called me to confirm this which I was happy with. They brought the evening meals to the room which was very enjoyable. I have no issues with this whatsoever. They kept me informed. 」

「Fantastic location overlooking the hilltop sea views. Last minute overnight booking, with only the rear looking room available (would like to try the sea view rooms next time). Room was immaculately clean with a fan, iron (and board), hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle (also tea, coffee and milk, that you can have refilled if you need more). Staff were absolutely fantastic from the time we checked in to when we left. Bar and food area downstairs (also plenty of outdoor seating). I...

「Food was very good. Large room. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom let it down as small dark and pokey. Very very steep stairs to reach room. Plenty of parking. Outside area for sitting which was pleasant. Not bad value for money though.」

「Narrow roads down country lanes so slightly isolated lovely cosy room and breakfast was excellent especially the poached eggs. Stayed there as going to a wedding in the area」

「While there is nothing wrong with this hotel if you just want to sleep there, if you want food or drink find somewhere else. On Friday night they closed the bar at least half an hour early so we couldn’t get a drink, on Sunday they were short staffed so stopped serving food at 7pm so we had to eat crisps and nuts! The hotel is a long way from anywhere to nip and get food and drink, so please make sure you are suitably refreshed before coming back.」
