Awesome host - very clean and spacious property

The house itself was awesome! Very nicely laid out - clean and spacious. Perfect for my husband and I, my parents and my sister. The only negative to our stay was that it was Memorial Day weekend and the neighbors were having loud outdoor parties on 2 of the 3 nights we were there (past 10pm at night) so that made it a little annoying when trying to fall asleep.

Kay 1 Review

The overall stay was good. Everything such as malls, gas stations, grocery stores, Walmart, Costco’s, and multiple food locations are within 5-10 minutes. Amusement parks, beaches, and the airport are within 15-20 minutes depending on traffic maybe 30 minutes. The house needs some upgrades, such as new bedding due to the hard mattresses and new clean bedroom comforter sets. The neighborhood was good but the streets could use some repaving. As stated there are modern and working appliances with towel sets, hands soaps, and dishwasher pods provided. All types of modern dishes and utensils are provided. The kitchen/dining room table needs new seating as the table is missing one chair and the current chairs need new stable back cushions. I would stay here again if the upgrades were done considering the price that was paid.

Nicely remodeled and clean home

The home is very nicely remodeled with beautiful decorative touches and the pictures online were accurate. The house was also very clean and communication with the owner was very good. Large, smart tvs were a plus as well. Two things that could have been better were the towels and mattresses. For older people like ourselves, the master bed was much too soft and the guest beds were too hard so would recommend replacing them. The bath towels were too small so would simply recommend replacing them with thicker, newer towels as well. Neighborhood was quiet and this was a very convenient location for us. Overall a good experience with the exception of the mattresses.
