The Space:

You settle in after a day out in Tampa, the space quiet and comfortable, with room for everyone to unwind at their own pace. Morning light filters in as you brew coffee, while evenings invite relaxed meals and easy conversations inside. The pace here feels simple and unhurried, giving you space to recharge whether you’re visiting for a few days or a longer stay.



The space

This entire rental unit is located on the 1st floor, offering easy access and a layout designed for comfort and practicality. The living area is generously sized, making it easy for your group to gather, watch TV, or plan the next day’s activities. Just off the living room, a small patio provides a quiet spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving everyone privacy and convenience during their stay. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided, helping you settle in right away.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants. There’s space to sit down together, whether you’re sharing breakfast before heading out or winding down over dinner. Everything is arranged to make everyday routines easy and comfortable.



Work and connectivity

Wifi is available throughout the unit, along with a dedicated workspace that’s well suited for remote work, studying, or planning your itinerary. Whether you’re extending your stay or balancing work and travel, the setup supports a productive routine.



Laundry and everyday comforts

A washer and dryer are available inside the unit, making longer stays more convenient. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, and bathroom essentials are provided for a smooth arrival.

The unit is well positioned for exploring the area, with the University of South Florida just a short drive away, along with MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. It’s a practical home base for visiting local attractions while enjoying a calm residential setting.

This space works well for families, small groups, and longer-term stays. It’s pet-friendly and allows stays of 28 days or more, with self check-in via smart lock for added convenience.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
