After a short drive back from nearby attractions, you can stretch out, unpack comfortably, and enjoy the calm of a well-laid-out home base that makes traveling together feel effortless.
The space
This entire rental unit is located on the 1st floor, offering straightforward access and a practical layout for families or groups. The living area is spacious enough for everyone to gather, whether you are winding down with the TV or sharing conversation after a day out. Just off the living room, a small patio provides a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air.
Sleeping arrangements
The unit features four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Every bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom, giving everyone privacy and convenience throughout the stay. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided to keep packing light and arrival stress-free.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen supports simple, everyday cooking during your stay. A breakfast nook sits within the kitchen, while a separate dining area gives you space to enjoy meals together. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or an easy dinner, the layout keeps everything close and functional.
Laundry and work-friendly features
An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable and practical. There is also a dedicated workspace and WiFi, making it easy to handle remote work or planning between outings.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
