Amazing Condo in the Best Location in Tamarindo

This is our 4th visit to Tamarindo and 2nd time that we stayed at the Sunrise Condos. The location can not be beat. Very close to the beach and all of the action but secluded, safe and quiet. The pool is amazing! As for Sunrise #27, it was on of the very best places we have ever stayed. It was spotlessly clean and super well-equipped. Plush bath and beach towels, pool toys, spotless propane BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating area and a fantastically equipped kitchen with everything you could hope for. We would stay here again in a heartbeat without hesitation. Forgot to mention the view--it is fantastic, overlooking the pool and the ocean. Just a great stay!

A respite

We wanted some adventures but mostly family time. Tamarindo has grown and gotten busy since we were last there. The Sunrise unit was great for our family… close to dining and adventures yet set back from the hustle of a busy beach town. We highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay in Tamarindo.

Another amazing experience at Sunrise 27

Just finished another wonderful stay at sunrise 27. It's the perfect place to enjoy Tamarindo. The property is beautiful and peaceful but very close to everything fun with a fantastic view of the ocean.

Tamarindo surf and relaxation

We stayed at the tail end of an adventurous vacation. Enjoyed our time surfing, night market, dinners, beach soccer, and so much more. The place was as advertised and a great restful spot with all the needed amenities and a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Paradise!

Sunrise 27 is a beautiful property, with ocean and pool views from the spacious porch. It was a wonderful place to spend time enjoying morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. The kitchen is well stocked for those who wish to prepare meals, although you will need to pick up any spices on your first grocery trip. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. Sunrise is located close to great restaurants and moments from the beach. From start to finish our communication with Olber was excellent.

Great location

We enjoyed the vacation home very much it was perfect for our group. A beautiful view! The AC worked great we were never hot. The location is good no need for a car. Lots of good restaurants and the beach is easy to get to. The best part was service you get from the office Blue Zone experience they booked all of our excursions and the excursions were great. The prices were either the same or cheaper if you would have booked on your own. Just some information no reflection on the vacation rental!!!! I have been to Costa Rica before in the Manuel Antonio area. Depending on what kind of vacation you are wanting to experience in Costa Rica make sure you are going to the right area. This is area is great if you want an easy planned vacation and love being around people. It is very commercialized and the prices are the same or more than the states. The beach is ok but you have people walking by trying to sell stuff. They are nice and not rude but you are constantly asked do you want to buy something. We went with friends who absolutely loved the area. I had a good time but I prefer less people and crowds and like hiking. It is definitely a place for a more party feel. Most of the excursions were a 2.5 hour drive one way so spending at least 5 hours in a car was a lot especially if you were doing several excursions we ended up canceling one because we were spending more time traveling than enjoying a vacation So just know what type of vacation you are want.

Very Enjoyable Stay

The condo listing provides an accurate description. We had two couples in the condo and it was very comfortable. It is well outfitted, clean, and we really appreciated having beach chairs and towels available. It is clear the owners care about their guests' comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

I Can’t Wait for my Return! A+++…10 outta 10

I love this property! I cannot imagine a better property for a stay in Tamarindo! I have been to Tamarindo every 3 months for the last 3 years and this by far is my favorite in Tamarindo. It’s clean, location is perfect, the gated community is always guarded, the check-in process was so easy, the washer and dryer made it possible for me to pack extremely light, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and I will be coming back to this property very soon! I could go on and on, but check it out for yourself and you’ll see why I am so enthusiastic about this property. Thank you for an amazing and memorable trip to Tamarindo!

Outstanding!

The condo is centrally located with easy access to the ocean, surfing, restaurants, shopping, etc yet quiet and peaceful due to being located in a gated property. The pool was a wonderful place to relax when we weren't surfing or doing tours. The accomodations were really nice and appointed with everything needed to enjoy time in the area. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Wonderful condo with ocean view

This was a truly great condo with everything we needed and wanted. It was located very close to the beach, less than 5 min walk, with a view of the ocean. The condo has very comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, and very nice bathrooms.

Beautiful Sunsets

First vacation since Covid. The unit was beautiful had everything we needed. Very clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ocean view with some beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this condo.

Best experience ever in Tamarindo

This is a beautiful unit, well appointed, nicely furnished with eclectic art work, clean, well stocked with all the kitchen items, modern appliances, ample space and extremely comfortable. The views from the lanai of the gorgeous artistically designed pool and the lush landscaping and the Pacific Ocean are to die for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The management by Blue Water and their friendly staff especially Mr. Torres was outstanding; they responded immediately to all our requests. We would highly recommend this condo for a family of five or four adult travelers. You can’t go wrong with this place. Thank you Norbel for making our stay a pleasant one.

Great property

We had a great experience at this property. It’s right across the street from the beach which was awesome. It’s just a little busier right in the immediate area than I typically like but the Bach access and property made up for it.
