Takino Suzuran Hillside Park

We had a wonderful stay at Randor Hotel Sapporo Prestige. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist us, from helping arrange the delivery of a lost item to recommending an excellent Jingisukan restaurant and patiently explaining transportation options in English. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness and kindness throughout our trip. Their help made our family vacation in Sapporo much more comfortable and memorable. We are sincerely grateful for their outstanding hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!

There is a 7-11 right next to the corner. The four stars rating is going for the location, clearness and the huge space. Following are some points you might want to consider before you book the accommodation, first it is contactless check in, so there is no person there to help. The key of the entrance door is difficult to get. We stood there for half an hour just to get the key and we tried to contact the property but it is helpless. We figured the way out ourselves. Another thing is the hot water in the house. There was no hot water in the beginning, even though we follow the instruction from the booklet that provided in the house. We tried to contact the property but again helpless. We then searched in the internet and solved the problem ourselves. So if you are okay with the above mentioned issue then it is a place for you to stay
