"The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet which I added was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room had great air and heat to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating."

"I think if I was a 12 year old kid or a huge fan of Godzilla I would have been over the moon. However, I was on a business trip and while it was adequate for sleeping I lost a lot of time trying to work as there was no desk. The internet was slow, and there were no upgrade options. Overall if you are on holiday it's a cool place to stay, but for business definitely pass. The breakfast was at the Sizzler and I passed because there are great restaurants all around the area. It's clean, but the rooms are extremely small and it was always crowded in the lobby. Staff was friendly and seeing the Godzilla head was cool and all the membarbila was interesting. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but nothing bad to say about the experience. Overall a nice hotel centrally located in the heart of Shinjuku, but if you are staying here it is because of the Godzilla let's be honest! "
