"子ども2人と私の3人で利用させていただきました。一棟建ての宿をいろいろ泊まってきましたが、花hanaさんは設備が至れり尽くせりで大満足でした♪子どもがベッド派と畳派に分かれてるので、ベッドルームも和室も並んであって助かりました。暖炉も初めて使いましたが、チェックイン時に説明もありますが、詳しく書いた説明書もあったので、それを見つつ薪をくべたりしました。 宿までの道のりは道が狭いですが、肥後寿司さんの近くの筋から上に上がっていくのが一番近い道のようです。"

"The property itself appeared nice, well located, and equipped with several advertised amenities. However, due to its mountainous location, ambient temperatures were very cold and the unit was not adequately heated for winter conditions.When we arrived, the indoor temperature was approximately 2C. "Great hotel and onsen, especially for the price. We were assigned one of the 8th floor themed rooms with the Aso bear as decoration—adorable and great room. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast were well worth the price! The kids’ play room was fun; the indoor pool was great (including a sauna at 95 Celsius). We didn’t get a chance to do the regular onsen, but did reserve a private onsen, which was cheap and well worth it if you’re a little uncomfortable otherwise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting the Aso area as well. 10/10 hotel."
