"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

"I stay for one night, had to leave very early for flight back. They packed a breakfast bag ready at 4:30am! I stayed three hotels during my time in Peru, this was the only hotel I felt comfortable. The temperature in the room was warm! Every else were cold and uncomfortable. Great place to stay. "

"Great Hotel with excellent breakfast and service. Great water pressure and hot water. We went to Machu Picchu and got delayed for 2 days returning. We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured. "It is in the San Blas area so there is a walk uphill to the hotel. Streets and sidewalks are narrow which is why the neighborhood is unique which also means that you will need to go meet any tour vans. In our case someone always came to the hotel and walked us to the meeting points. Taxis and Ubers went right to the hotel. Just a 10-minute or so walk to the main plaza. Plenty of small fun restaurants in the area. If you need laundry done, then do it through the hotel it was cheap. They also arranged taxis to and from airport and more. The breakfast was great as was the staff in general."
