"The staff was very helpful and professional. We were met with smiles from all the staff we interacted with. Our room was clean and had a view of the lake and mountains. It was hard to pay a $30 resort fee, when then pool wasn't available. All in all, we enjoyed our first stay with Bally's and our first stay at Lake Tahoe!"

"Great place. Kitchen was wonderful. Lots of room and easy to cook and serve. The bedrooms were great. Very spacious. Nice large back yard. There were only a few chairs to sit on outside and they were very uncomfortable. Also could use more dinnerware. A lot of people stay in big groups and not enough dinnerware to go around. "
