The 2 attendants at check-in were rushed, and not helpful. It was busy, and there was a line. I politely asked if we could have a room on the ground floor, to which he said the room type we requested only were available on the second floor, and additionally he said "you can also have no extra towels, no extra soap, no extra nothing". He was obviously excerbated. We get to the room to find only two towels. The room was for 4 people, and that's what was said on our reservation. There was also only a bottom sheet on one of the beds, not a top sheet. The other bed only had sheets, and not a blanket. When we went to the office to inquire, the attendant said that all the housekeepers have gone home and they "can't fix anything until 7:30 in the morning". So we had to make due in a snowstorm. We left the next morning, and as I walked by rooms on the ground floor, I did find rooms with the room type I requested there. We didn't need to be on the second floor, which would accommodate us and our needs much better. Additionally, the room had peeling paint and mildew in the shower. The room was not clean. When we went to check out, 15 mins before check out time at 10;45 am, the office door was locked with a sign on it that said to call a phone number for any assistance. They were completely unavailable to help at the time of check out. Beware of this property. You will be better of staying elsewhere.

From the moment we arrived, the cozy mountain atmosphere made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I loved that the hotel is so close to the lake, and local dining. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our visit seamless. Definitely a place I’d return to.

The location is a huge plus. It’s conveniently close to Heavenly, shops, dining, and local attractions. Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and very well kept. We would stay again and recommend to everyone!

Needs some TLC. But not too bad for my budget. This place has potential and could use a property manager to maintain the property. Everything worked and bed was nice. The noise from the neighbors and traffic made it difficult to sleep sometimes. Enjoyed being close to the lake and everything. A good remodel and sound proof walls and windows would help. Five stars if they can address these issues.

Descent sized room for two guests. TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and iron and board available.

Windows needs to be replaced and doesn’t close out the elements.
