"This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate) The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. We really liked the hot bath available in the beautiful water. The only thing I would say is that it isn’t close to anything and you have to walk about 22 minutes to the train "

"We had an amazing time staying at Il Mare Surfhotel Wacasa. We were greeted by the owner who immediately sat us down on the patio overlooking the water and brought us peach sodas and our choice of popsicles! "周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"
