We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note).

Great spot! You're right next to the train station (Keihan Line) which is perfect if you want to do a spontaneous Osaka Day Trip or get closer to the temples! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The area has nearby food options (more local and less touristy).

Staff was very helpful let me check in early due to rooms being already cleaned so we could drop off our bags. When leaving after check out let us keep our bags there at the office while we continued to explore the city. Great place to stay room was very nice 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back!

To start the staff is absolutely kind and hospitable. They really make you feel at home even if you’re 1000s of miles from it. Second, the actual hotel and scenery is out of a dream. An actual fairy tale! It made me fall in love with Japan even more. Third, everything was super clean and neat. And lastly, the complimentary items were just unbelievable! I will recommend anyone and everyone to this beautiful place. I will forever be grateful for everyone there!

This is a modern hotel in a great location, located on top of a subway station only 4 stops without transfer from Kyoto Station. The subway and bus options are very convenient. Great little hotel. Very quiet and calm. Great showers. Lots of pastries and drinks, which solved the problem of breakfast, especially for us, as we woke up at 5 am most days. (We noticed that some guests filled up bags of croissants after checking out, which was really sad to see, as they just emptied out the box of pastries into a plastic bag and left other guests nothing.) there is a 7/11 and a metro line right next to it. And some nice restaurants around too.
