「The location of the property is very centrally located. Not far from the beach. Unfortunately our neighbors fought all night long. Screaming, cussing, slamming things . They want you to wash your dishes here and take out all the trash,even though we paid hundreds of dollars for the cleaning they do after . They gave us one towel each for 5 days . So we had to use the Washateria down the street to wash towels since the property doesn’t have a washer. There is a cute coffee shop below.」

「Stayed for two weeks for an externship. Fairly clean and quiet. Sometimes Neighbors were loud on Sunday during football and drove trucks through the neighborhood in the middle of the night but otherwise quiet. 」

「Great location and very responsive and helpful host. Room was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. Wifi wasnt working but we werent in the room enough for it to matter. Overall a great experience. 」
