「This was conveniently located for a work trip. The place was lovely. Clean, well equipped and as described. The only issue I had was extremely loud upstairs neighbors. They partied a lot and were up late many week nightsn revving engines and what not. This is no fault of the owner and I would not rate them lower for a neighbor's behavior. That said, it was annoying and there were many nights my sleep was disturbed because of it. I guess that's just a chance you take in an apartment or...

「The location of the property is very centrally located. Not far from the beach. Unfortunately our neighbors fought all night long. Screaming, cussing, slamming things . They want you to wash your dishes here and take out all the trash,even though we paid hundreds of dollars for the cleaning they do after . They gave us one towel each for 5 days . So we had to use the Washateria down the street to wash towels since the property doesn’t have a washer. There is a cute coffee shop below.」
