"Very close to beach and nice pool area. Rooms are very old and dirty. old furniture and outside building dilapitated. Few amenities in kitchen area. Very stingy with bath towels. Feels like management is sucking every dollar out of the place and putting nothing back in to make the asset nice for guests. "

" The kitchen light was not working even they promised it would be fixed by the second day we were there. There was a water leak coming from the room upstairs in the bathroom. The staff came quickly to dry it and the manager told us she could not refund us because it was book through a third party but said she would give us a couple of free nights for our next stay, to go see her in the morning, but we check out and there was no mentioned of it. The coffee machine did not work, no cutting knife either. In all, not a very good experience."

"Questionable stains on the couch and comforter, floor was dirty, mold in the coffee maker in the room. "

"Very friendly staff. It’s an older hotel but it’s clean and comfortable. Truthfully the best bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. I needed to be near the Bay Area Hospital and this was perfectly located for that. The management, especially the GM was very accommodating and flexible with my reservation, especially during Spring Break."

"Everything was great other than the customer service. Our first room had a dead breaker for the fridge and microwave. I let the lady running the front know about it and she said she would let maintenance know about it. Wake up to leave for the day and speak to the gentlemen who is on shift, he informs me maintenance wouldn’t be back for a few days and the lady should’ve known that and moved our room. He went ahead and changed our room and apologized profusely since we had already settled into the room. Next problem was the juice machine was left neglected, overflowing drip tray, empty orange juice, empty apple juice, etc. Breakfast was lacking, many people turned right back around to their rooms due to the lacking ability to refill sausage and potatoes. "

"The hotel itself was okay. The Service was very poor. They had a post-it note in their “marketplace” that had hand-written cash only. I didn’t have cash and needed a couple waters for the room. I ask if it’s possible to charge to the card they have on file. Front desk tells me “sorry but it’s cash only”. I asked why. They said it was because they had problems with guest in the past. I asked what kind of problem. They said they didn’t know, it was before they started there. So I had to leave to go buy a couple bottles of water. Later, I call down and ask if they can bring bedding and pillows for the sofa bed. They said, “you can come down and get it.” Little rude, but I figure they must only have one person or be busy. When I get down they have two workers at the desk and no guest. I ask for the bedding and 5 minutes later they return. The next morning we are woken up by housekeeping knocking at 9am. Tell them we are still there and we go back to sleep. Knocks again at 9:30 wake us up. So I call down and ask what time is check out. They say noon. So I asked if they can tell housekeeping to stop waking us. They told me “No, but you can put out your do not disturb sign”. We didn’t have one in the room. I’ll never come back here. "
