Downtown Tacoma

The property is close to downtown and easy to get to. We were impressed with the level of security getting into the bldg, garage and the unit. One suggestion is for the property manager to include instructions for turning the heat thermostat off in the living room. The air conditioning unit was causing the heat to kick on and we didn't know how to turn it off.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed this space and it looked exactly like the photo. This is our second time in Tacoma and our first time doing Vrbo so we were a bit nervous and concerned about safety and whether this will meet our needs. I am pleased to say it exceeded our expectations. We flew from Jamaica to attend a conference at the Tacoma Dome and it was perfect. Peter is a very great and responsive host. Would stay here again!

Good

This apt is in a newer building. I loved that we had secure parking so that was something we didn't have to worry about. I was able to pay $60 for an earlier check in. This bldg has a nice rooftop for lounging and it was peefect for the fourth of July as we were able to see dozens of firework displays!!!There was a portable ac unit and the apt never really got cool enough for me. It wasnt sweltering and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. This space had zero condiments/spices. For me, the fun of non hotels are the things people leave behind (ketchup, wine, coffees etc). We did end up throwing a lot of stuff out per check out instructions which felt wasteful. This unit also has a washer and dryer which was sooooo nice!!!! Not having to go home after vacay and do laundry was awesome. Id give this place a 8.7/10.

Cozy stay at downtown Tacoma

We stayed here for a week during our visit to Tacoma and the place was perfect! It was conviently located close to all the restaurants and easy access to highways. The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils for cooking. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We received very detailed instructions from the host upon arrival and had no problems checking in. We'll definitely stay here again when we are back in town!
