"Loved the room, A/C, shower and available laundry in the lobby. Breakfast is minimal, but adequate if you prefer a light breakfast. Water filling station at front desk is great! "I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street. The other similar issue reported by people has been the ocean views. I feel like some of the photos are deceiving, but from where this hotel is located at, you can't really see the ocean from the rooms. Wi-Fi was decent, and the staff were very accommodating along with the golf cart rentals being reasonably priced. If you're looking for a place in the heart of downtown San Pedro, this is a good affordable spot. Don't expect nothing five star as the price reflects that obviously but it's not a terrible spot like most reviews on here are claiming."
