「The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews.」

「Unique castle hotel. You will enjoy this definitely if you like to stay at medieval rooms. Only problem was the receptionist could not help us with our luggage’s and we have to climb the hill and stairs by ourselves.」

「Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks.

「Restaurants and staff were above average. Rooms were NOT. Overly scented with a bad smell. Desperately in need of a complete refresh. Furniture old. Sheets were scratchy. The owner needs to take some profits and refresh the rooms from top to bottom.」
