「Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!」

「me and my wife were passing through Williamsburg and found this hotel thought it would be a decent hotel considering it was $230 a night. When we checked in there were wet towels in the bathroom the floor was wet , the toilet paper holder was torn off the wall. There was mould in the bathroom, and also the baseboards were peeling off the wall enough that someone could trip over it. Definitely will not be staying at a country in in the future. I will plan ahead better and stick with what I’m used...

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean. Check in was easy and smooth. We were very pleased with the area, many food restaurants choices for every palate within walking...

「Our room was clean. However, the hotel seemed a bit rundown. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. I was starting to get worried but finally someone came. I think he was the only one currently working. Also, most of the exterior doors, even though they had scanners for your key card, did not work and were propped open or did not close all the way.
