Il Cortile sul Vicolo alla Giudecca by Wonderful Italy
Cozy and bright apartment with courtyard in the heart of Giudecca, the Jewish quarter of Syracuse a few minutes from the sea.
The apartment, located on the ground floor of a house accessible via a courtyard, enjoys a furnished outdoor area and opens onto the living area, complete with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a kitchenette. The bedroom, with direct access to the courtyard, is furnished with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Amenities such as a washing machine, iron and air conditioning are available to guests.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything you could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name comes from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa. Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures with which to fill one's eyes.
The accommodation is about a 50-minute drive from Catania Fontanarossa Airport.
