"Rydges Square was in a very good location. Easy walking distance to Sydney Harbor, the Rocks and shopping. The metro train stop was close by as were many restaurants. Our only complaint was the layout of the room. There wasn’t much room for luggage or drawers to put things in. "

"Close to Opera House and circular key. If you cruise there and your berth is near opera house you can simply walk to hotel which is only a few blocks away. Be careful about taxi's as they could rip you off. Check price before you get in. We were charged $45A for a cab fare from cruise ship to hotel. Ridiculous as less than a mile."

"The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me the price of the steak. The staff were very friendly and have heard these complaints before. They handled the complaints well."
