"Kettle did not work in room Tv had a different guests name I was turned away from the bar at 2.55 and they hold me it opened at 4 when it was 3pm."

"The hotel room is small and stuffy There are carpets in the hallways so taking suitcases is painful. Housekeeping forgot to do my room one day- another day they took the towels and forgot to replace them soap and shampoo was finished they took 2 days to refill. I stayed for a week for business. Honestly nothing special about this hotel"

"Large love clean room & love the bathroom with large bath. Very comfy beds. Staff were excellent & breakfast great. Always try & stay at Swissotel if price is reasonable. Very handy for shopping & trasport."

"Parking was a bit tricky in that it was not obvious from the web site where it was and there was no guest parking when checking in (i.e. no parking bay that you could access before checking in) not necessarily the fault of the hotel because of the insane design of Sydney streets. Spa was outdoor and cold unless I missed something obvoiu"
