"Whenever I visit Geneva from Japan, I will definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed here twice so far. The hotel is located directly in front of Geneva train station, which is extremely convenient. Check-out is also until 12:00 p.m., so you can enjoy a relaxed morning without having to rush. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. When I was looking for a place to have dinner, they recommended a restaurant and even made a reservation for me. It was a Swiss restaurant, and I really enjoyed it because it was peaceful and not overly crowded with tourists. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the large bathroom sink, which made getting ready very convenient. As with many hotels near a train station, you can hear some noise from outside until quite late at night. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend bringing earplugs. One small thing I noticed was that the staff in the breakfast area seemed somewhat tired and less energetic. There was no particular problem, but I did notice a contrast with the very professional and attentive front desk staff. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Geneva."

"チューリッヒ駅からは30分ほどかかりますが、トラムもバスも近くにあるので不便さは感じません。綺麗な客室と、タブレットでいろいろなサービスを確認できるのは便利でした。シャワーは部屋から丸見えなので、一人やカップルの利用以外は向かないと思います。冷蔵庫がないのでサービスにお願いしましたが、全く冷えなかったのが残念です。朝食はハムやサラミはもちろん、温かいものも揃っていて、豊富な方です。コーヒーは機械で淹れるタイプです。"
