Our stay was excellent, thanks to the exceptional customer service, so attentive and informative about the local area and Christmas markets. Our room and bathroom were very spacious, featuring a comfortable king bed and a great view. Everything felt modern and spotless. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station without any of the noise. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The hotel is very nice with great service, especially at the bar and restaurants. The food was great with excellent breakfast. Sadly however the rooms are not cleaned properly with dusty surfaces and dirty floors. Our coffee mugs were wiped rather than changed and clean which made us really question the standards for housekeeping. Another big let down was the SPA - despite having a lot of potential it was unkept and also dirty at times. For example no towels or water available.

Location is ok, close to the train station but a bit of a walk to the historic centre. Our room was spacious and sleek, beds comfortable, but toilet was very dirty at check-in, which was a bit of a shock. Fiddly high-tech controls in the room and lifts a bit of a nuisance. Nice service. Did not enjoy the food at the restaurant.

We were a party of 6 and ate at the restaurant for both breakfasts and dinner time. Dinner was expensive, which we don’t mind, but they were charging us for tap water (not bottled) which I found very tacky for upscale accommodations. I felt as though they were taking advantage of tourists with this policy. The breakfast was very nice and very good. They don’t charge for tapwater at breakfast time so that was good. I would give five stars, but the charging for tap water really turned me off and I find it very bothersome when paying for a $60+ entree

The is located close to transportation and shopping. It’s clean and has the modern conveniences for travelers. The breakfast was excellent but the staff gave us incorrect information about the Sunday bruch and breakfast arrangements which led to us not having breakfast as usual as we intended to have the bruch as it was timed closer to our departure for a long train trip. Generally the stay was great!

Hotel ultra-modern - e.g. elevators can only take you to your own floor- detected by card key. We have junior suite, which is extremely nice. Bathroom has 2 vanities, shower and toilet separate. Large, comfortable, and thermostat works. 8'th floor (room 806) with great view. Parking under hotel - spaces plenty wide but aisles very narrow - hard to park. Dinner in hotel bistro was good, but like Switzerland, expensive compared to France. Hotel windows have automatic shutters that come down when the sun is on that side, to keep sun out. Dinner in the regular restaurant was even more expensive. Staff has been friendly and helpful. On 12/31, had plugged toilet - upgraded to room 1400, a full suite. Lots of space, great views. Hotel looks, operates and feels like 5*. Only miss might be the dining areas, which are somwhat plain, with no table cloths. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.
