「There are few restaurants or pubs and the atmosphere is not so good near the hotel. What is worse, it is far from the nearest station to walk.」

「Food was ok, sometimes a bit cold, a bit of a limited menu Beer was rubbish, went flat quickly Accomodation was faultless」

「The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. We accepted after he...

「The hotel is clean and convenient location as we were going to Cotswold. Some areas like the bathroom could do with some updating. Plenty of parking space which you can pay for £7.50 at the reception. On the plus side, the leisure facilities—including the pool, sauna, and steam room—were great! Just an advice if you're planning a night swim: the website says the pool is open until 9:00 PM on weekends with last entry at 8:15 PM, but they actually closed early at 8:45 PM so staff could clean it...

「It was clean and everyone was friendly.」

「Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore」

「Property was nicely decorated and, whilst there is no reception, the instructions to gain access were easy and worked well. The continental breakfast in the room was lovely and well thought through although there was a lack of English Breakfast tea bags which I assume was just because they hadn’t been topped up. There is no parking at the accommodation but lots of parking in the town centre - it’s only a few minutes walk and I would recommend parking first and then walking to the property as...

「This rambling old place has a lot of character, and some eccentricities. I have stayed here several times and never had a reason to complain. I am an elderly woman travelling alone and would not keep coming back if my rooms were not clean and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and most helpful. There is only limited parking but as yet I've had no problem - I understand that there is a public car park nearby, and also roadside parking is not difficult. A glass of wine beside the open...

「Breakfast was good, staff attentive and helpful. However, my room was serviced on my first night. I got back to the hotel and when entering my room, the bed hadn't been made, tea bags etc not replenished, bathroom not cleaned. I was most surprised as I haven't had this before.」

「Convenient overnight stop when visiting our daughter. Car park is large but there are lots of larger vehicles that double park making it tight for others. It's clean, comfortable bed, good shower but you can hear everything from surrounding rooms...sneezing, coughing, burping, snoring, use your imagination!!」
