"The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times. "

Four good bedrooms with private bathroom facilities made the trip perfect for the 4 couples. The location is excellent - out of Kotor (busy), with restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The elevator from road level to the house was useful for luggage. "We had a wonderful stay here. The best views you will ever get. Two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a bath tub with shower but I is really hard to get into as it is so close to the toilet. Finding it is the main problem as it is straight up a very narrow road. You feel like you are going for ever. You drive past Kotor past Prcanj village and it is on the left hand side of the road, there is a garbage can at the bottom on the right of driveway. The blue sign on the wall says Ulica Sarena Gomila then drive up the road 500 m or so to POD Batun, it is the 2nd building down on left, last garage before entrance, go up the stairs go left past pool and up the stairs on left and straight back. Unless you are hail and hardy you will not be walking down the hill and easily."
