良かった点・駅が近い・近隣がショッピングエリアで夜でも明るい・近隣の飲食店が充実している・朝食が良かった(洋食・中華が中心) ・ペットボトルの水がもらえる悪かった点・ベッドの衛生面が心配だった・浴室が寒かった・商店街と反対の通りは暗かった

蘇州でのお勧めです

駅から地下鉄で2区間とアクセスも良く、また賑やかな観前街もすぐ近くです。妙玄観近くで食べた蘇州麺が美味かった。

全てにおいて完璧なホテル

観前街という繁華街のすぐ近くにあります。従業員の接客態度もよく、部屋は清潔感があり、トイレにはウォシュレットもついています。本当に全てにおいて完璧なホテルでした。

初めての蘇州部屋はデラックスを予約。部屋の広さは、まあまあ。悪評高い空港でのエクスチェンジレートは、￥２０／元。しかし、このホテルは、￥１７／元。ほぼ実勢レートで良心的である。バスタブは無し。バスローブはリクエストすれば持ってきてくれる。ミニ冷蔵庫には何も入っていなく、使用時に電源を入れる。（これがチェックアウトの時に時間が掛らない要因かも）ここの名刺は分厚い。よって、室内の電源コントロールスイッチ部に常時差し込んでＯＮ状態にしておける。帰ってきても部屋はヒンヤリ。エアコンコントロールは、３段階であるが何故か１と２の微妙な間にセットすると超微風になって就寝時によろしい。朝食は、各書き込み通りまあまあである。ジュースコーナーにＭＩＬＫがあるが、これはＨＯＴＭＩＬＫで驚く。冷えたＭＩＬＫは別の場所にあり。蘇州ラーメンも、その場で作ってくれるがこれが熱々である。味付けはシンプルであり御好みで自身で調整する。タイ式に近い。美味である。ホテルのスタッフは、宿泊客のために何とか役に立つような頑張りを感じて◎。しかし、？？？の部分もあり。帰国日に向けて外貨（中国元）の残りの調整を、ほとんどの人はすると思うのですが・・・。何故か、ＢＡＲもルームサービスも「部屋にチャージ出来ない」と言う。そう、最終日になって無用なエクスチェンジを余儀なくされるのである。これは、未だに謎である。それと、ホテルには直接関係ないが、蘇州から虹橋へ領収書を発行してくれるタクシーを探すのが困難である事。次回は、その辺のところも調べて訪問したいと思う。それと、私見ですが、ここのホテルの氷は直ぐに溶けてしまいます。アイスぺールで持ってきてもらうのですが、テレビを見ながら小グラスを燻らせていると３杯ほどで消滅。なので近くに、強固な氷を売っている処をかなり探すが皆無。ホテル自体はいいのですが、もう一度泊まるかどうかは私自身の嗜好の為に微妙。

スタッフ、ロケーション最高のホテルです

スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリーです。ロケーションも最高で、蘇州の観前街を歩くのであれば、これ以上ない立地です。ただ、当日はかなり外気温が低く寒かったんですが、暖房の効きが弱かったように思います。室温３０℃にまでレバーを回しても変化なかったので、故障していたのかも。居心地のいいバーも併設されていますし、空調以外は非のうちどころがありませんでした。

Quite nice hotel close to city central.

Is was taking time to get hot water from shower, but hotel staff was coming soon and solved it immediately. All hotel staff are kind and showing smile to guest. This is good. Also location is very close to main street (1 min. walk) and metro station (Line 4) within 5 min. walk.

安くて便利だがちょっと派手なホテル

地下鉄楽橋駅から徒歩10分弱。玄妙観・観前街にほど近くショッピングや食事、観光に便利。ホテルは韓国系のようでロビーやエレベーター、ホールなどの内装は派手。しかし客室・バスルームとも広く使いやすい。

蘇州に行くならぜひ！

先日一泊のみの宿泊でしたが、非常に快適でした。中国語が話せないため、大変かなあと思いましたが、日本語、英語を話せるスタッフさんがおり、手続きも順調でしたし、笑顔で接してくれてとても良い印象でした。部屋も写真の通りに広く清潔で、本当にお得な値段で泊まることができたので大満足です。朝食はビュッフェ形式でしたが、本当に朝ごはんなのかと思ってしまうくらい種類が豊富で、中華風のお粥や点心もおいしく頂けました。広くて豪華なレストランでした。また、立地ですが、道が工事中のためやや危ないところがございますが、繁華街の中にあるのでとても便利です。徒歩15分ほどで平江路に行けるのも魅力的です。行きはタクシーで蘇州駅から20元ほど、帰りは蘇州駅まで徒歩で45分くらいかけてゆっくり帰りましたが、道中も中国の生活の一部を垣間見れたりして楽しかったです。時間が合わずに今回は使いませんでしたが、駅までの無料シャトルバスが1時間に1本出ていますので、行き帰りも便利だと思います。無料wifiも特に不便もなく使えました。個人的にはホテルのユニークなエレベーターが気に入りました。また、部屋のベッドで、タオルの象がお出迎えしてくれたりして、遊び心もあって大変素敵なホテルでした。良い旅をありがとうございました♪

料金からは想像できない素敵なホテル

1)スタッフがいい。全員が顔を合わせると挨拶する。対応も親切で分かりやすい。これだけでも泊まる価値あり。２）部屋は広く、防音もしっかりしていて快適。全体のインテリアは工夫されているが私の好みではない。これは評価とは無関係。３）朝食がいい。ビュッフェの品数も豊富だし、味付けもいい。シェフが客を出迎えるのも感じがよい。４）立地条件は最高。どこへ出るにも便利。５)メインの道路から北へ入ったところにあり、分かりにくい。貴社が提供している地図にはその点の配慮がない。６）今、町の西側の幹線道路が工事中で大渋滞になり、周辺の道路も一様に渋滞になっているらしい。そのせいで、私はかなり離れたところで降ろされてしまいえらい目にあった。このことも貴社の案内に書いて注意を喚起した方がよい。

ややわかりにくい場所

人民路が工事中ということもあって、ややわかりにくい入り組んだ場所にあるものの、観前街の中にあるので、便利。ホテルスタッフは基本英語は通じる模様だが、英語も完ぺきではないので、簡単な単語で言わないといけない。日本語が通じるというスタッフもいたが、日本語レベルは低いもののコミュニケーションは取れる。タクシーもすぐ呼んでくれ、1～2分ぐらいですぐきてくれた。お部屋はシャワーONLYだが、わりときれい。シャンプーは容量が少ないので、持参した方が良い。無料のボトルウォーターもサービスとしてついている。 TVはNHKもうつるので日本語チャンネルは1つだけ視聴可能。ご飯は、松鶴楼などにも行ったが、ホテルの1Fにある中華が一番おいしかった。また、食器もきれいで日本人向け。演奏つきだし、ここが一番良かった！

蘇州観光のアクセスが最高

この価格のホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。ここに宿泊する前日までは家内と同伴いうことで他の五つ星ホテルに滞在していましたが一人になりこちらに移りました。そちらのホテルはそれなりに十分快適でしたが少し中心からはずれておりました。その点このホテルは繁華街の中心にあり一人でも夜は退屈しませんし、市内のどこへ行くのもとても便利です。是非お勧めしたいと思いますし次にも利用したいと思います。

一泊お世話になりました。部屋は広くて個性的なデザインのホテルでした。トイレの水が詰まったのですが、電話したらすぐに治しに来てくれました。デポジットは300元かかりました。

観前街から路地に入ったところにある便利且つ快適なホテル

機能性が高くて、とてもスペーシャスな部屋でいい思い出が出来ました。部屋の内装も中心部に近い割には、豪華であったと思います。朝食も様々な種類の料理で楽しませてくれました。また蘇州を訪問する際には、折に触れて利用したいですね。

観前街に近いホテル

ホテルの回りには食べる所がたくさんあり、かつ観光地にも近いので便利なホテルです。新しいホテルではないので、寝るだけのホテルをお考えの片には良いかと思います。朝食はバイキングで、麺を頂きました。他にも種類があり、満足出来るかと思います。

時間帯を問わず食事と買い物に非常に便利な立地

ホテルの場所は、夜遅くでも食事や買い物ができる観前街のど真ん中なので非常に便利。予約した部屋にもよると思うけど、基本的にはどの間取りの部屋も広い造りとなっているよう。

感じの良いホテル

ロケーション:繁華街徒歩圏。場所は分かりづらい。部屋:モダンなデザインと清潔感有リ、ひろさもちょうどよし。シャワーのみバスタブ無し。シャワー室の壁が透明で部屋から見えるのはどうかな…。総じて感じの良いホテルでした。

観前街すぐ近くのホテル

蘇州の繁華街、観前街のすぐ近くにあり、どこに行くにもアクセスが便利。インテリアも凝っている。スタッフは英語上手で対応も良い。

蘇州散策によいところです。

チェックインしたときから、門番から、フロント係りとも非常に親切です。対応もよかった。ちょっと手違いで禁煙フロアーではなかったが、直ぐ調整してくれた。観前街に非常に近くて、散策のよいところです。ホテルで食事しなくても、観前街に行けば、レストランから屋台まで何でもあります。従業員の対応がよくて、ロケーションもよく、しかも価格が手頃なので、お勧めでします。

旅行、観光に最適

蘇州高速鉄道駅よりＴＡＸＩを利用したが、場所が分かりにくいためホテルまでＴＡＸＩで行く事が出来なかった。　帰りはホテル前より蘇州高速鉄道駅までＴＡＸＩを利用　10-15分位で到着　約20元位ホテルの部屋は窓が有るが開閉不能ホテルでの使用可能言語は、中国語および英語のみデザインやインテリアが特徴的室内には、セーフティーボックスあり　浴槽はなくシャワーのみ街の繁華街まで歩いて５分位なので、立地条件は良い。最寄りのコンビニまでは、歩いて10分位
