Mainly the management staff was very rude. This hotel could charge a lot more for the stay. However, the reason they don't is because they are hurting for business. During my 3 days, the parking lot was 20% full, at best. The management staff, Douvy the General Manager (Venezuelan), rudely interupting me trying to clear up a $150.00 security deposit charge on my debit card that I was not made aware of and they could never justify. When the Operations Manager.Corey was trying to explain to me why the such a large security deposit, he slid a metal plate over to me that was supposed to explain to me the security deposit policy but it reference no amount. This is a problem. I told him that they security deposit that I was notified of was a $20.00 hold because i'd already prepaid for the room through expedia.com. They both had bad tones, they were arrogant and could never project empathy. They became very loud and boisterous, they accused me of being. Even after I asked Douvy the General Manager more than three times to allow me to straigten this out with the Operations Manager Corey, since I was already talking with him, she would not leave the area. This only added to my anger because now she's being disrespectfuly. Crazy thing now is Corey has taken on her bad energy and has sided with her. It should have never escalated the point of me tellin them that I am a 22 year military veteran and only want to be heard. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR HARD EARN $
