Stayed here for my business trip, location wise it is convenient to explore Surabaya west area. Room is clean and spacious, they have a really wide range of variations for breakfast buffet and they all taste good and authentic for the local options. All the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, from the front office, restaurant even housekeeping.
