A galley style kitchen with stone tops and Miele appliances, leads onto the light filled open living area with bespoke Timberart wall cabinetry, designed to house the television. This is a wonderful spot to relax and simply enjoy the moment.

Upstairs conjures light via lofty-height windows and saturates the north-facing gallery-like mezzanine and lounge room. In the master bedroom you will find an elegant queen size bed, a walk-in robe, an ensuite with double vanity and double shower. Slide away the plantation doors to reveal your own glass fenced patio terrace looking out over pandanus, palms and banksias, to the Coral Sea. Two more bedrooms upstairs, one housing a queen bed and one with two singles, both with built in robes and a chic bathroom in between with shower over bath tub.

Nestled near the beach amongst serenity and close to Sunshine’s café culture and vibrant village, it’s position and un-paralleled attention to detail will have you never wanting to leave. This property really takes your breath away. The property sleeps 6 and also has underground parking for two cars.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc (a starter pack to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.
