This stunning, top floor unit will comfortably sleep 4 in a Queen and 2 single beds, and features all the modern conveniences such as quality appliances, reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and 2 x Smart TVs allowing guests to watch streaming services, Apple Airplay ad Chromecast etc. It also has an “Echo Show 5” Smart speaker/display and a DVD player and DVD collection for guests’ use. In addition to the well-appointed kitchen there is a Weber BBQ on the balcony.

Alinga offers a choice of 2 balconies, with the main balcony boasting spectacular views across to Kings Beach and out to the shipping lanes. The unit is a 3rd floor walk-up. The complex offers an in-ground pool and a lock-up garage.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
