「Upon arriving our room was not ready, and we had to wait for quite a while to get in along with some other guests. When we got to our room, the chair was broken, so we had to let them know it wasn't us. It took everything we had to get both of our sliding doors to the balcony opened/closed and our deadbolt on our entry door didn't work unless you lifted up on the door handle as hard as possible and then tried to lock it. We did put our sleeping sign on the door for the mornings, but we never...
