「The facility is clean but a bit tired. The WiFi did not work. The breakfast was supposed to be a muffin and orange juice, but in reality it was a prepackaged muffin (one option) and no OJ. The manager on duty when I was checking out was on a personal phone call (arguing with someone at his house). I stood at the front desk for a few minutes and finally had to ask him twice if he could help be check out. (He never stopped his phone call.)」

What we did not expect was for their to be no staff on duty during the night to deal with the group of people occupying 2 rooms, slamming doors, stomping in the halls, yelling and activating the fire alarm at 11:00 PM, causing the entire hotel to be evacuated into zero degree weather.」
