"20/10! This unit is amazing!!!!! So well appointed and perfectly clean! The location is right downtown and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. It sits above a great brewery and ample parking! Very secure building and easy access. It is by a train track (but the whole town is) and the brewery has bands on occasion, however there is minimal noise in the unit. Being from Burlington, I loved being able to come back and stay is such a cool place!!!!!!"

"To be very honest the property is not what I expected from the listing. However, after getting settled in and the excellent communication with the host, the 6-week stay was very pleasant. The host was wonderful and checked on us on a regular basis. Host was very quick to fix any issues and was also very quick in all responses. They made us feel welcome. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who is looking for a reasonably priced home to get away and enjoy the Mississippi river area. This place is a good example of "don't judge a book by its cover"."
