I really loved this hotel because of its charm. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. I love the complimentary morning breakfasts. There were so many pleasant touches including robes and pajamas. The room was clean and just the right size for us. Location was excellent being a couple of blocks from a major terminal accessing buses and subway. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It’s a property with no staff. After our stay, there’s no need for staff because it’s all seamless. Location is conveniently close to trains that will take you wherever you need. It’s a quiet neighborhood that you can stroll around at anytime

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The property is close to the train station and a couple convenience stores. The staff spoke English and were friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The area is very peaceful and quiet! The rooms were spacious, confortable and it was great to escape all the crowds at the end of the night!

The property is located at residential area and also, nearby Asakusa’s broadway, Tokyo Sky tree, and Sensoji Temple. Around Tokyo, there are plenty of Family Mart and 7 Eleven at every corners and vending machines for water and soft drink. Loved the location. I stayed at a Lotte Brand hotel in Busan, South Korea this year so I wanted to stay in one in Tokyo & it did not disappoint!
