「The location was excellent, and the stay and service were also very good. However, the hotel’s condition was quite poor. Many areas looked neglected and seemed to lack proper maintenance. Some parts even appeared abandoned.

「The bathroom has mold in the shower and on the sink counter, exhaust fan didn't work & was dirty, one light was out and the light cover needed to be cleaned. That was just the bathroom! The carpet in the hallway(s) needs to be cleaned and/or repaired. Hallway molding was falling off and the lobby elevator was not working. The freeze in mini fridge needed to be defrosted you can't open the door. The only nice thing is flooring in the room was newer and the beds were fine. Lobby was nice.」
「This is my second stay, and again it was great. I was met by Josh (front desk person) who was very nice and welcoming. My room was clean and smelled fresh. My room was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was 7/10. For the first time I took advantage of the free washer and dyer. That was very convenient. My only complaint was the 2nd elevator was still not working. I would say half of the time I used the steps because the elevator took too long or was crowded.」
「We found the front desk personnel to be very friendly and helpful. Appreciate they are a pet friendly hotel. The room was clean and for the most part quiet. Good selection of breakfast items that suited our needs. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area. 」

「worst crap hole ever. hard to believe this is even allowed. toilet is putrid, water smells, shower is disgusting, outside looks like a trash dump. guests a few doors down looked liked Aryan criminals, and watched me pack up in the morning. driveway is all potholes. manager was nice, though」
