「静かな環境で良かったです。」

「Very clean. Easy check in. Ground floor room so lots of traffic noise in the morning.」

「I stayed for a week without the breakfast option. Complimentary bottles of water were served on the first day. The room was tidy and kept clean every day. Special thanks to Mr Raful; the air con was repaired swiftly, even on a record-breaking hot day in June.」

「Good location and helpful staff . They allowed me to check in early and moved me from the assigned room when we found some dysfunctioning things. Overall, it was good. Just bear in mind there is no microwave nor refrigerator and also no shampoo or anything like that which unfortunately I can’t count on and every hotel, I stay at. But overall, I would recommend it as a cost-efficient place to stay」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a lovely stay at Sapphire Hotel in London. The location was convenient, and the hotel was a good base for exploring the city and visiting the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in London. I would happily stay here again!」

「Went to the address Hotel.com state. Its a private house, a deaf person answered and said it wasn't a hotel」
