Not as per the pictures. Run down and tired. Unclean rooms. Curtains don’t close fully. Windows that don't close. Sheets were not clean. Unsafe electrics. Easy check in. Good location. Note - Poor access for persons that can’t climb steep stairs.

The room absolutely reeked of old, moldy carpet and cigarette smoke. The staff was barely present, and I had difficulty even checking in at 18:00. The worst part of the stay was being woken up around 4:00 a.m. by someone trying to get into my room. I was left frightened and unable to go back to sleep, with every light on and my suitcase pushed against the door to make sure the person couldn’t get in. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel extremely unsafe. The hotel was also extremely noisy throughout the stay. The location was okay, but that is about the only positive thing I can say. I would absolutely never stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Broken dryer, staff was annoyed when I ask them about how to use their old toilet,and told me reception was closed. No secured place to store luggage. Says leave in reception area at your own risk. Beds felt like from the 1940s. In need of a bad upgrade. Over priced for what the facilities offer. Plumbing can wake you up, people flushing toilet can be heard. Posted office hours stated till 10PM but if you try to call them, they said it reception was already closed before 8PM. Location was decent and photos were miss leading. If you just need a place to crash and don’t mind over paying, and no very good customer service, it’s livable.

The property was nothing like what the pictures showed. Our window would not open and we were stuck in an incredibly hot room with no air flow. They said maintenance would come in a few minutes but did not show up until the next day. The closet door barely opened and the shower door would not close all the way.

It’s a little tired around the edges (carpet, wall scuffs both in public areas and the room) but for the price it was good value. The bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom too, good wifi and kettle and coffee/tea was nice to have. It was quiet and I had a good nights sleep. I’d definitely stay here again for a quick overnight in London.

Très bon emplacement. Par contre la chambre est trop vétuste. Très peu de prise électrique. Toile d’araignée partout. Bruit insupportable de la VMC. Dommage parce qu’il y a du potentiel.

Não se pode esperar mais do que o oferecido pelo preço e a localização. A cama é confortável, o banheiro é privativo e a localização é excelente com fácil acesso via transporte público. O atendimento da recepção é excelente, serviço de quarto todos os dias. Um detalhe, eles deixam as malas ficar na recepção após o horário do checkout, porém não se responsabilizam e nem vigiam as malas, se forem contar com isso é bem ter detalhe em mente. Mas super recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

For what it is and what the UK is, this is a fine hotel. Only thing I’d warn about is how stuffy and hot the rooms get. They do supply a small fan, but staying in the summer heat wave was brutal. But that is nearly everywhere in the country. There aren’t really any amenities so to speak other than the fan and a hair dryer so not sure how to properly rate that.

God beliggenhed ift. transport. Pænt kvarter. Da vi kun skulle bruge værelset til at overnatte i var det fint. Selve værelset var rent, men slidt. Det var kun loftslampen, der virkede ( en ud af tre pærer). Tv’et fungerede ikke. Badeværelset var pænt, rent og velfungerende. Vi fik nye håndklæder hver dag.

Central location and quiet area. However the room was not great. The light was broken in bathroom and constantly flickering told reception when checked in and was told it would be fixed. Also there was a bedside wall light loose hanging off the wall over one side of bed which was concerning. Thirdly bedside table top was wonky and broken.
