This apartment is uniquely situated above the Dirty South Bar. Due to its historic designation, the windows are not designed to open and should remain closed at all times. While this vibrant location means you’re steps away from the action, guests should note that some noise from the street and nearby businesses may be heard at times. There is one flight of stairs to get up to the apartment. The apartment is one story. Guests must be able to walk up and down stairs.
At this time we do not have a dedicated parking spot for the apartment. Overnight parking can be found at the Stuart Town Hall which is right across the street. The parking lot is at the crossroads of St Lucie Ave and Dixie Highway. Quiet hours (no loud music) starts at 11 PM.
