The space
Welcome to our thoughtfully designed 500+ sq ft apartment, ideal for short-term rentals. This cozy retreat is part of a charming 3-unit property where we, your friendly hosts, also reside.
Your bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, a 32in HD TV with an Alexa fire stick, a compact closet, and a dresser for your convenience.
In the living room, you’ll find a comfy reclining loveseat, another 32in HD TV with an Alexa fire stick, an Alexa Echo Dot with Apple Music, and a table with two stools, perfect for dining or catching up on emails.
The well-equipped kitchenette is stocked with essentials for a pleasant stay. Take a look at the photos for a closer look. It includes a toaster, toaster oven, single burner/hot plate, microwave, mini fridge, rice cooker, coffee maker, rice maker, pots, pans, an electric kettle, plates, bowls, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. We kindly request that these items be cleaned promptly after use, and please refrain from cooking with excessive grease.
Feel free to make yourself at home, but kindly return any item to its original place after use, ensuring it’s clean and wiped down.
Please be aware that mosquitoes are a common presence in Florida. To avoid any itching inconveniences, we recommend using bug spray whenever you venture outdoors and keeping the door closed. Although we regularly spray for mosquitoes and pests, these critters are a part of everyday life in Florida, especially during the warmer months.
Guest access
Please utilize the designated parking spot during your stay. If you have extra vehicles, the spacious driveway is available, but we kindly ask that you refrain from parking on the lawn. Street parking is also an option. We request your consideration for other guests’ vehicles; please make sure they have unobstructed access. The entrance to your unit is situated on the left side of the property, and you’ll enjoy contactless access using a smart lock with a unique code.

Before submitting a booking request, kindly review our house rules and feel free to ask any questions you may have. During the booking process, we’ll request your acknowledgment of our house rules. If everything aligns with your needs, please provide an accurate count of non-smoking guests. We ask that you register all guests to ensure the safety of our community and, of course, to enhance your experience as our valued guest.
For stays exceeding 2 weeks, we offer biweekly additional cleaning at no extra charge.
While there is a nearby railroad, our guests have rarely experienced any disturbances from it. There is a considerable buffer space between the unit and the rest of the building.
To safeguard our guests and maintain a secure environment, we have an external security camera facing the main entrance.
We understand your concern about the tourism tax the county mandates we collect. We’re not fans of it either, and if it weren’t a requirement, we wouldn’t collect it.
