「Great location for a mountain getaway and a great value! 」

「Pat was a great host for this property. She was excellent to communicate with throughout the stay. Property was in great condition, extremely clean and pet friendly and didn't smell of pet odors. The views from this property are amazing with multiple decks for enjoyment. Close to both nearby wineries, the mill, and less than 30 minutes to Floyd by the BRP.」

「In the renters defense I booked with only 24 hours notice, I should have taken a hint when I didn’t get the email. Once contact was made, the rest went fine. Renter was kind and apologetic about the communication issues. Had more time been given i am sure the home would have been ready. It’s a beautiful private location, just not for the price offered, in my humble opinion.」

「Great secluded, quite tiny home cabin on a creek. Great size and setup for a couple. While being in a secluded wooded area, the property location is very convenient for the Fancy Gap/Hillsville/Meadow Of Dan/Floyd area. Fire pit area for a camp fire or for the dark night sky for star gazing. Best of all, it was a pet friendly option and our pups loved the meadow along the creek and the large covered porch. 「Maybe I missed it in the description, but I did not know that the cabin had no air conditioning. I wouldn’t have booked this cabin if I had known that. Otherwise there are no complaints.」

The property exceeded our expectations in every way and was even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and gave us lots of resources for the surrounding area.
