"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they were nice enough to upgrade my room because the one I had on hold by the time I got to the hotel was gone. My only complaint would be that the food in the casino food court was not great. I was expecting a sit down restaurant somewhere maybe there was one, but I couldn't find it. Overall, the room was fantastic."

Very comfortable beds, modern, bright bathrooms. I appreciate having a mini fridge. Secure and safe parking area. The location is convenient for visits in North York, good access to DVP and 401. Having stayed at a different hotel in the Don Mills and Eglinton area last time, I can highly recommend the Pan Pacific as a preferred location. "
