「The room was clean and cozy and very inviting.The bed was comfortable, the towels were fluffy, the fireplace was so nice. There was even real cream for the coffee. The nice touches made such a difference. We will definitely be returning.」

The home is immaculate, appointed with the most comfortable beds & generous towels, beach gear (including towels & picnic baskets) & many helpful “in case you forgot” items. 「I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.」

「The overall appearance of the hotel seemed to be a bit run down. Our room had several spots where the ceiling looked like there was water damage and it was not repaired. Breakfast area didn't seem well maintained. I expected more from a Hyatt.」

「Old rundown hotel. Bed was ok, bathroom needed update, peeling wallpaper, rusty door etc. Didn't bother with the so called breakfast. Microwaved egg omelets, no thank you. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Sounded like people above us were a herd of elephants, loud banging, thumping , voices etc. I called front desk to complain. Noise started around 11:30pm, finally quiet by 1:30 am until 8am. 」
