"We loved our stay in Stonington. The house was perfect for our family. Everything you wanted was walking distance. Great restaurant just 2 doors down. The town in quaint and a great place to go to relax. We did Eco tour which we really enjoyed. Stonington is not the place o go if you are looking for touristy type things to do. It is for those who want to relax, hike, kayak and just enjoy the views. We bought lobster from co op and steam at the house. Perfect"

"My partner and I were glad to stay here. We particularly enjoyed kayaking in the inlet that is at most a two minute walk from the property. About 30 minutes' drive from Bar Harbor where a lot of restaurants, shops, and some trails are, but quite close to other trails like Wonderland and a small town that is less crowded than Bar Harbor and has great food. Would happily stay here again!"

"My friends and I recently stayed here for a friends trip. The house was even better in person, very clean, extremely well stocked, and in a great location. Walking distance to the Bass Harbor lighthouse. Highly reccomend staying here for your next vacation!!!! One of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. "
