"This is a quaint hotel, right on the beach, 30 minutes from Newport. The breakfast is simple but adequate, although it does not start til 8. The rooms have a kitchenette, though so you can prepare a hit breakfast if you want one. The lobby has a dvd collection you can choose from for a night in with popcorn. We didn’t try the indoor pool but it looked nice."

"This is an older property, but these owners are trying hard. The lobby offered a quaint shopping experience and had a water bottle refill station. In addition, the room had up-to-date amenities and a redone bathroom. Out the back door is the 804 Trail, which provided an excellent walking path along the top of the Beach cliffs."
