He did let us in, but the initial back and fkward was not something I really needed: especially after a long trip. When it comes to communication I was lacking. I didn't have any check in information sent before arrivak, and when I tried sending him a message through hotels.com I still haven't had a reply till date. Checkout information was also missing so had to call the host directly to ask where to leave the keys as I was leaving very early. "
