"The balcony was not private it was outside our front door located outside. Other then that it was a great stay!"

"The staff was great. We checked in around 8pm and discovered there was a problem with our air conditioner. They came to the room that night to attempt to fix it and offered us another room for the night when they couldn’t. Then the next morning they got a technician to come and work on it. We went out for the day and returned to a super chilly room. Also upon check out, they waived the resort fee because we had that problem. Great customer service!!!"
