"This place is a little gem. The service is brilliant. The rooms are great and dont be put off by a shared bathroom. The one I used had the finest power shower I have ever seen. I will always use this hotel when I am in this area. Cant recommend highly enough. Tremendous value for money."

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. "We really enjoyed our stay with Peter and Shelley. The accommodation was lovely, seperate to the main house set within the garden. Very secluded and with outdoor seating and table alongside a koi pool with its gentle waterfall as a backdrop. The village is secluded above a large reservoir with good road access back towards Falmouth. Personally I’d recommend driving that way out towards Falmouth as some of the surrounding lanes are very narrow for those unfamiliar with countryside living. We would both fully recommend staying here if you get the chance. We took the advice of previous guests and had a lovely holiday. Thank you both Dave and Kay. "
