「Wonderful place, the room is spacious with a full kitchen and I highly recommended the Moonshine Spa, which is located on the property and very reasonably priced. I've been here twice and will probably come here again !」

「We had a wonderful time with our furry friend at the cabin # 4 that we enjoy the great view and peaceful surroundings. The only downside was an odor in the cabin, which was stronger in the bathroom, we left all the windows open to air it out day and night! Other than that, everything was fantastic!」

「The room was relatively clean, could use a dusting, lots of old cobwebs in corners, and when moving a chair dirt and dead bugs on the floor and in corners, but it provided a cheap place to spend a night, check in was easy, and front desk was friendly.」

「Interesting place with lots of nostalgia decor pieces. Very quiet and very comfortable. They accommodated us with adding an extra cot in the room that was in place when we arrived - very efficient! 」

「The room is a bit on the small side. The heating/cooling unit doesn't work properly so expect to be either too hot or too cold. No staff is around after 5 so if you need something you are on your own. To me the bed was comfortable as it is soft and I am a side sleeper. The pillows are on the flat side and need to be replaced. The shower head is also needing repair or replacing. Little details like this are important to truely make this place Bliss.」

「Kitchen was great. Had microwave, fridge freezer, hotplate, coffee maker and kettle. Even an air fryer. Had everything we needed. Place was clean and comfortable . I'd give the bed a top rating, slept really well. Although some aspects of the room was a little worn (floor/tub) I think the age of the property and price reflects this, so it wasn't something I would not have expected or was personally bothered by. 「Overall, disappointing. I chose a pricier place for a wedding visit, and this was a letdown. It was basically a glorified motel. The hairdryer was attached to the wall and very cheap. There was no iron in the room. The bedding is tired, and the bathroom needs to be updated. I could hear guests above and below us. It was basically a glorified motel. For $200 a night in Powell River, I expected more. There is no breakfast on site.」
