"It is rare to find a well-furnished flat in Friedrichshain. I’ve stayed at plenty of flats in the area, but the Luxoise Apartments are the only ones I’d repeat. Clean, well-furnished, very conveniently located for the clubs in Friedrichshain, and easily accessible from BER via Ostkreuz (15 min walk; one stop on the FEX)."

The carpets in my room and hallway and the bathroom need an upgrade. It was also unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours to the side and above me, so I think there isn’t much soundproofing. "
